Mr. Hobbs was born on September 16th, 1938 in Haralson County, Georgia to Benjamin and Vera (Eaves) Hobbs. He was a Church of Christ, loved Fishing, Hunting and Woodwork.

He is survived by

Wife, Julia (Burns) Hobbs, Snyder, TX

4 Sons, Terry Hobbs, Rome GA, Benjamin Hobbs, Rockmart, GA, Justin Burns and
wife Tonya, Snyder, TX and T.J. Whetsel and wife Sarah, Post, TX

2 Daughters, Glenda Duke, Rockmart, GA and Jennifer Samples and husband James, Ira, TX

Numerous Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren and Great-Great-Grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by Parents, Benjamin and Vera (Eaves) Hobbs; 2 Brothers, Jake and Wayne Hobbs and 4 Sisters, Virginia Elsberry, Clara Dutton, Christine Argo and Audie Thornton and Daughter, Brenda McGee.
