Victoria "Tori" Ann Salinas, age 22, passed away on Saturday, March 23rd, 2024.

Family Visitation is planned for Friday, March 29th, 2024 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Miller Family Funeral Home. Funeral services will be on Saturday, March 30th, 2024 at 10:00 am at Miller Family Funeral Home Chapel, 200 E. 37th Street, Snyder, Texas 79549 with Pastor Vicki Burton officiating and assisted by Steven Burton. Burial will follow under the direction of Miller Family Funeral Home at Hillside Memorial Gardens.

Victoria was born on December 28th, 2001 in Snyder, Texas to Mark Salinas and Neomi Ubando. She came into this world a fighter. The Lord called her home on March 23, 2024. She loved, with her whole heart and she had a big heart for everybody. She was a very giving person and helped everybody, in need. Her hobbies were painting, drawing, singing and doing her make up and hair. She loved her children, with her whole heart. She Loved and Protected her family. She was a very happy person and always had a beautiful smile and she lived life to the fullest.
