Vernice "Peggy" Thompson, age 91, passed away in Lubbock on Monday, July 1st, 2024.

A Memorial Service will be on Saturday, July 6th, 2024 at 10:00 am at Miller Family Funeral Home Chapel, 200 E. 37th Street, Snyder, Texas 79549 with Rev. Shannon Harrison officiating. Arrangements are under the care of Miller Family Funeral Home.

Ms. Thompson was born on December 9th, 1932 in Granger, Texas to Valza and Fonoria (Brooks) Thompson. She was a member of Front Porch Church. She Loved Family Gatherings, Gardening, Cooking, Barbecuing, Dancing, controlling Kids and B.B. King Music.

She is survived by

2 Daughter's, Teresa Spruell of Snyder, TX and Moreline Cash and husband Joe of Tyler, TX;

5 Grandsons, Payton Daniels of Snyder, TX, Sulovan Daniels and wife Misty of Snyder, TX, Andra' Thompson and wife Benita of Snyder, TX, Keidron Thompson and wife Laura of Broken Arrow, OK and V.T. Roberson of Snyder, TX;

2 Granddaughters, Trina Thompson and Nuno Passos of Midlothian, TX and Whitney Burks and husband Mustafa of Sweetwater, TX;

20 Great-Grandchildren and 9 Great-Great-Grandchildren;

and a host of Nieces, Nephews, Family and Friends. .

She was preceded in death by Parents, Valza and Fonoria (Brooks) Thompson; Husband, Lindsey Davis; 2 Daughters, Luther Mae Brown and Margie Hopkins; Son, V.T. Roberson; Brother, Walter Thompson; Sister, Amy Braziel and Granddaughter, Stella Camilla Jackson.
