Sylvia (Gomez) Rodriquez, age 63, passed away in Snyder on Tuesday, September 1st, 2020. A Rosary will be recited on Friday, September 4th, 2020 at 6:00 pm at Miller Family Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Mass will be on Saturday, September 5th, 2020 at 10:00 am at St. Elizabeth's Catholic Church with Father Jeremy Trull officiating. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Miller Family Funeral Home. Mrs. Rodriquez was born on March 23rd, 1957 in Snyder, Texas to Rudolph and Abelina (Castillo) Gomez. She married Carlos Rodriquez on January 27, 1986 in Snyder, Texas. She loved her family, especially her Grandchildren. Sheq was proud to have beat cancer for over 17 years. She was well known for making tamales, handmade quilts and her love for plants and flowers. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She is survived by Husband, Carlos Rodriquez of Snyder, TX; 2 Daughters, Veronica Abrigo of Lubbock, TX and Crystal Rodriquez and husband David Solis of Snyder, TX; 7 Grandchildren, Marc, Benjamin and Adalynn Abrigo of Lubbock, TX and Mia. Meagan, David Jr. and Dillon Solis of Snyder, TX; Mother, Abelina Garcia and husband Felipe of Lubbock, TX; Brother, Felipe Ray Garcia of Lubbock, TX; 3 Sisters, Florinda Bramlett and husband Ron of Brownfield, TX, Patricia Sauve and Ricco of Pfluggerville, TX and Barbara Gomez and spouse Monica Munguia of Austin, TX.
