It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Roberto Cantu Sr.,80 years old, on October 26,2025, surrounded by his loved ones He was born on October 8,1945 in Pawnee, Texas to George Cantu and Ester Martinez.

A Visitation for Roberto Cantu Sr. will be held on October 31,2025 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at Miller Family Funeral Home Chapel. The Services are set for November 1,2025 at 10:00am at Rock of Salvation Church in Loraine, Texas with the Interment following at the Mitchell County Cemetery.

Throughout Roberto's life, he was known for his unwavering compassion and generosity. He was a pastor and loved helping everyone he could. He was the person who was the person in charge of the Faith Outreach Ministries in Loraine Texas, helping the community and everyone in need. He loved to preach and serve others. He loved more than anything, spending time with his family.

Roberto Cantu Sr. is survived by Four sons, Robert Cantu Jr. of Loraine, Texas, David Cantu of Loraine, Texas, Michael and wife Vanessa Cantu of Sweetwater, Texas. And Bobby and wife Gabrielle Hernandez of Lubbock, Texas. Four daughters Mary A Lara of Abilene, Texas, Lisa Cantu of San Angelo, Texas and Isabel, husband Gerardo Marzo of Lubbock, Texas, and Mercedes Barrera of Houston, Texas. 18 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren.

Roberto Cantu Sr, is preceded in death by wife Anita Cantu, a daughter Betty Clark, and his parents George and Ester Cantu

As we mourn the loss of Roberto Cantu Sr., we are grateful for the moments we shared and the love that endures. May he rest in peace and may our memories of him bring comfort in the days ahead.
