Those who knew Ray will remember her for her kind spirit, quiet strength, and the love she shared so freely with family and friends. She leaves behind a legacy of compassion, generosity, and a life well lived.

She was survived by her daughter Sonja Everton Hanks of Snyder, Texas, her brother Brian and (Lynda) Blair of Hermleigh, Texas, her niece April Tavilson of Houston, Texas, and her nephew Brendon Blair of St. Paul, Texas.
