Randy Everett Riggs

Randy Riggs was born September 10, 1957, in Snyder, TX to Ira Taylor and Merle (Myers) Riggs. Randy passed away February 16, 2021 in Slaton, TX at the age of 63. Randy graduated from Snyder High School in 1976. He then carried on his studies at West Texas State University and graduated with a teaching degree. Randy is survived by one brother, Dwayne and his wife Kathy of Denver Colorado. Also survived by nephews and nieces; Ira Dwayne (Kaitlynn) Riggs of Denver, CO, Nicki (Jeremy) Smith of Carrolton, TX, Angela (Josiah) Trowbridge of Castle Rock, CO, Johnnie (Aaron) Stansell of Snyder TX, Ross (Pamela) Riggs of Castle Rock, CO, fifteen great nephews and nieces and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents Ira T and Merle Riggs, his paternal grandparents Ira and Galeda Riggs, and maternal grandparents Robert and Lucille Myers. No visitation or service is planned at this time. The family will gather at a later date for a memorial service. Arrangements are under the direction of Miller Family Funeral Home.
