Olivia Griffith, 78, of Snyder, Texas, passed away peacefully on June 3, 2025, in Lubbock. She was born May 16, 1947, in Poteet, Texas, to Arturo Amador Sr. and Delores Amador.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at Miller Family Funeral Home Chapel at 10 am in Snyder. Interment will follow at Belvieu Cemetery in Rotan, TX. Visitation will begin at 6-8pm on Thursday, June 5th 2025.
Olivia was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who loved her family above all else. Olivia enjoyed dancing, cooking, thrifting, sewing, and gardening. She was known for her warm heart, generous spirit, and a deep love for country music—especially Alan Jackson. Her home was always open, and her love for her family was endless.
She is survived by her daughters: Rose Constancio of Snyder, TX; Crystal Hernandez (spouse) of Snyder, TX; Gloria Philbeam of Woodruff, SC; Christy Betchel (spouse) of Woodruff, SC; and Judy Garza (spouse) of Snyder, TX; and her sons: Bobby Griffith Jr. (spouse) of Snyder, TX; Don Constoncio (spouse) of Snyder, TX; Frank Constoncio of Abilene, TX; Waylon Griffith of Houston, TX; and Sonny Toledo of Bryan, TX. She also leaves behind 18 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Arturo Amador Sr. and Delores Amador and her brother, Arturo Amador Jr.
Olivia’s love, laughter, and strength will forever be cherished by those who knew and loved her.
