Neta Jean Frazier

Neta Jean Frazier, 90, passed away peacefully on March 28, 2026, in Keystone, Florida.

She was born on June 14, 1935, in Stevensville, Texas, to Barney and Josie McClearea. Neta grew up with strong roots in family and faith; values she carried with her throughout her life.

Visitation will be held Thursday, April 16, 2026, from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Miller Family Funeral Home.

Funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m. at Miller Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Brother Billy Johnson officiating. Interment will follow at Snyder Cemetery.

In 1953, she graduated from Stevensville High School, and not long after, she met the love of her life, Alvin Frazier. The two were married on February 24, 1955, in Gorman, Texas, and shared 47 years together before his passing in 2002. Their life together was built on love, hard work, and dedication to family.

Neta was a faithful member of Faith Baptist Church in Snyder, Texas, and lived her life with quiet strength and devotion. She spent many years as a homemaker, caring for her family and creating a home filled with warmth and comfort.

She and Alvin also worked side by side at Loop School for 27 years. After retiring in 1989, they moved to Snyder, where Neta continued working at Colonial Hill Baptist Church until her retirement in 1993.

Neta will be remembered for her kind heart, her steady presence, and the love she gave so freely to those around her. She had a gentle spirit and a way of making people feel at home, whether family, friends, or neighbors.

She is survived by her son, Johnny Frazier and wife Wanda of Keystone, Florida; her grandson, Dusty Frazier and wife Sami of Seattle, Washington; as well as many nieces, nephews, and extended family members who will miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Barney and Josie McClearen; her husband, Alvin Frazier; her son, Darriel Wayne Frazier; her sisters, Mary Jo Price and Evelyn Martin; and her brothers, Jarred McCleare,n J.B. Baron, Conner McClearen, and Thurman McClearen.

Neta's life was one of faith, love, and quiet devotion. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
