Natalie Sallee

Natalie Fay Sallee, age 90, of Snyder, passed away, Sunday, October 29, 2017.

Services for Mrs. Sallee will be Thursday, November 2, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Calvary Baptist Church with Mr. Steve Highfield officiating. Interment will follow in Hillside Memorial Gardens. Visitation for Mrs. Sallee will be Wednesday, November 1, 2017 from 7pm to 9pm at Miller Family Funeral Home. Arrangements are under the direction of Miller Family Funeral Home.

Mrs. Sallee was born June 8, 1927 in Brownwood, Tx to Gordon and Ruby (Shield) Newton. She married Roy Sallee on January 18, 1946 in Abilene, TX. He preceded her in death in 2002. She worked 22 years in the Texas public schools. After retirement, Natalie enjoyed being involved with the Scurry County Senior Citizens Center where she hemmed many quilts with them. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.

She is survived by

Son, Stephen Sallee and his wife Melanie of Broken Bow, OK

Son in law, John Fenton and his wife Judy of Grandbury, TX

Five grandchildren

Seven great grandchildren

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Roy and daughter Pamela Sallie Fenton.

Family suggest donations to be made to the Scurry County Senior Citizens Center or Calvary Baptist Church.
