Michael Robbins

Michael Wayne Robbins, age 66, passed away in Lubbock on Monday, March 23rd, 2020. Graveside services will be on Friday, March 27th, 2020 at 1:00 pm at Hillside Memorial Gardens with Rev. Larry McAden officiating and assisted by Rev. Matt Lowry. Arrangements are under the direction of Miller Family Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will be planned at a later date. Mr. Robbins was born on January 25th, 1954 in Abilene, Texas to Jack and Maria (Bittner) Robbins. He married Carolyn Harrison on October 25, 1975 in Hamlin, TX. She preceded him in death on February 9, 2017. He was a wonderful Husband, Father and PaPa. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, a Master Mason of Scurry County Lodge #706, a West Texas Western Swing member, enjoyed fishing, collecting guns and spending his winter time at Port Aransas with friends. He is survived by Son, Michael Shannon Robbins and wife Shana of Snyder, TX; Daughter, Susan Goswick and husband Travis of Snyder, TX; 6 Grandchildren, Shane, Sheldon and Shylar Robbins and Ethan, McKenzie and Maci Goswick all of Snyder, TX; 2 Sisters-in-law, Marilyn Cary and husband Mike of Cisco, TX and Lynda Wardwell and husband Clarence of Snyder, TX; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by Parents, Jack and Maria (Bittner) Robbins and Wife of 43 years, Carolyn (Harrison) Robbins.
