Melanie Brannon, age 45, passed away in Abilene, Texas on Tuesday, December 8th, 2015.

Family Visitation is planned for Monday, December 14th, 2015 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at the Chapel at Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Mineral Wells, Texas. Graveside services will be on Monday, December 14th, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Mineral Wells, Tx with Mr. David White officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Miller Family Funeral Home.

Melanie enjoyed being a cook, bartender, and waitress. She liked listening to music, taking pictures, and chasing ghosts.

She is survived by 1 Son & Daughter-in-law Beau & Ashley Taylor of Abilene, Texas; 2 Daughters Billie Jo Taylor of Abilene, Texas, and Jamie Taylor of Mineral Wells, Texas; Husband Joe Brannon of Gardendale, Texas, Mother Debbie Bates and Father Neils Bates of Mineral Wills, Texas; Grandparents Bobby & Laverne Manley of Mineral Wells, Texas,; Brother Stephen Bush of Round Rock, Texas; and Sister Robin Bush of Mineral Wells, Texas; 4 Grandchildren Destiny & Derek Radford, and Alyssa & Baylee Taylor.,

She was preceded in death by 1 Uncle Alan Griffith, Mother-in-law Ruth Taylor, Son-in-law Dane Robertson.
