Mark Daniel Becerra, 65, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 9, 2026.

He was born on April 25, 1961, to Mariano Becerra and Nickie Rios.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 12, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Miller Family Funeral Home, with the Rosary beginning at 6:00 p.m.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Father Albert Joseph Devanesan officiating. Interment will follow at Hillside Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

He is survived by his father Mariano Becerra of San Angelo, Texas. Brother Paul Becerra of San Angelo, Texas, sister Monica Castillo (Hermilo) of San Angelo, Texas, niece Amanda Hernandez (Jason) of San Angelo, Texas, nephew Matthew Castillo of San Angelo, Texas, niece Andrea Guerrero (Javier) of San Angelo, Texas, Several great nephews and great nieces all of San Angelo, Texas, Several aunts and uncles, and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his mother Nickie Becerra, brother Alex Rios, brother Raymond Becerra, and his grandparents.

Mark will be remembered for his fun-loving spirit, his love for sports, and the joy he brought to the people around him. He was a devoted Dallas Cowboys fan who rarely missed a game and proudly cheered for his team every season. He also had a special appreciation for Dr Pepper, the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, and loved bowling-simple things that brought him happiness and plenty of good memories with family and friends. He also enjoyed watching old westerns movies, Spanish and country music and loved John Wayne.

Those who knew Mark will remember his sense of humor, his loyalty, and the way he enjoyed life in his own unique way. He had a warm presence that made people smile and a personality that was easy to love. Mark will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
