Maria Lambaren, 88, of Snyder, Texas, passed away peacefully on May 30, 2026, in Snyder Texas.

Visitation is set for Wednesday June 3,2026 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm with the Rosary at 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Miller Family Funeral Home Chapel. Services are set for Thursday June 4,2026 at 10:00 am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Father Albert officiating. Burial will follow at Mitchell County Cemetery with Father Michael officiating.

Maria was born on July 4, 1937, in Pawnee, Texas to her parents, Amador Lambaren & Antonia DeLaPaz. Maria found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She enjoyed sewing, collecting teddy bears, and faithfully cheering on the Texas Rangers. She was especially known for the love she poured into her family through home-cooked meals and cherished gatherings. Nothing brought her greater happiness than spending time surrounded by her children, grandchildren, and generations of family.

She is survived by her daughter, Tomasa (Terry) Vasquez of Snyder, Texas; son, Amador Hernandez of Snyder, Texas; Grandchildren: Oliver (Dulce) Vasquez of Fort Stockton, Texas, Angel Vasquez of Snyder, Texas, Matthew (Evelin) Vasquez of Snyder, Texas, Missy (Tyrel) Vasquez of Snyder, Texas, Orlando Vasquez of Snyder, Texas, Beatrice (Rodney) Thompson of Snyder, Texas, Johnny Garza of Snyder, Texas, Joey (Chantell) Garza of Snyder, Texas, and Tony Garza of Snyder, Texas. Maria was further blessed with 30 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren.

Maria was preceded in death by her father, Amador Lambarén; her mother, Antonia DeLaPaz her son, Juan Garza; daughter Petra Lambaren, grandson, Augustín "Tino" Vasquez; great-great-grandchildren, Brett Espinoza and Oliver Wyatt Vasquez, great-great granddaughter Natty Vasquez, brothers Catarino Lambaren and Francisco Lambaren; and sisters, Felicita Garcia and Dominga Lambaren Hernandez.

Maria's legacy of love, faith, and devotion to family will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her family and friends.
