Katherine Ann Highfield

Katherine "Kathy" Ann Highfield, age 72, passed away on Tuesday, March 30th, 2021. Family Visitation is planned for Thursday, April 1st, 2021 from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm at Miller Family Funeral Home. Funeral services will be on Friday, April 2nd, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Faith Baptist Church with Dr. Jim Mac Roebuck officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Miller Family Funeral Home at Hermleigh Cemetery, Hermleigh, Texas. Mrs. Highfield was born on March 30th, 1949 in Paris, Texas to James Elwood and Ara Hope (Cagle) Posey. She married Dr. Rex Lyvon Reynolds on June 7, 1968, he preceded her in death on October 29, 2004. She married Robert Wayne Highfield on June 10, 2018, in Snyder, TX. Kathy was a loving wife, mother and friend. Her biggest honor in life was being a child of God. Kathy always tried to lend a hand in need, share with her neighbor and share Jesus along the way. When God called her home on March 30, 2021- it was the best Birthday present she could have ever received. She is survived by Husband, Robert Wayne Highfield of Snyder, TX; Son, Wayne Reynolds of Odessa, TX; Daughter, Katrina Reynolds of Snyder, TX; Step-Children, Sherry Highfield Faulkenbery, Jason Highfield and Daniel Highfield; Grandson, Brady Ledbetter of Lubbock, TX; 2 Granddaughters, Jessica Scott and husband Brandon of Snyder, TX and Katherine Clark of Snyder, TX; 2 Great-Grandchildren, Kynzee and David Wayne Scott of Snyder, TX; Step-Grandchildren, Eric Highfield, Bailey Faulkenbery, Austin Faulkenbery, Whitney Highfield, Ashton Highfield, McKinzie Highfield, Carter Highfield, Jonathan Highfield, Aiden Highfield and Crystal Highfield. 3 Brothers, Ricky James Posey of Branson, MO, Tommy Joe Posey of Paris, TX and Earl Dean Posey of Paris, TX; 3 Sisters, Patsy Joyce Saunders of Paris, TX, Virginia Louise Posey of Paris, TX and Rebecca Sue Brannon of Paris, TX.
