Memorial Services will be on Friday, September 17th, 2021 at 10:00 am at Miller Family Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Felix Silva officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Miller Family Funeral Home. Juanita was born on July 14th, 1975 in Cotton Center, Texas to Enrique and Genevive (Costilla) Velasquez. She Loved her family. She is survived by 2 Daughters, Olivia Fajardo of Dallas, TX and Veronica Velasquez and husband Jeremy Little of Roseville, MN; Son, Daniel Fajardo of Atlanta, GA; 5 Grandchildren; Father, Enrique Velasquez of St. Paul, MN, 3 Brothers, Charles Velasquez and wife Tammy of St. Paul, MN. Enrique Velasquez, Jr. and wife Kim of St. Paul, MN, Jose Velasquez and wife Amanda Sokola of Woodberry, MN; 5 Sisters, Mary Velasquez of Seattle, WA, Josephine Velasquez of Rochester, MN, Lorene Atkinson and husband Federico of Colorado City, TX, Linda Bahm of O'Neill, NE and Lillian Sanchez and husband Miguel of St. Paul, MN; Sister-in-law, Samantha Overton Velasquez of Bloomington, MN; and numerous Nieces and Nephews.
