Juanita Faye Farquhar

Juanita Farquhar age 79, of Snyder passed away on Wednesday, September 16th, 2015. Mrs. Farquhar was born on Saturday, April 11, 1936 in Dumas, Texas to Clinton and Grace Cranfill. She married Truss Farquhar on February 19, 1954 in Abilene, Texas. She was a part of "Desk and Derrick", "Beta Sigma Phi" sorority and she was a Boy Scout Leader. She was also a member of First Baptist Church of Snyder. She was retired from Sun Pipeline after 30 years. Juanita loved to sew, cook, socialize, and spend time with her vast family and friends. A family visitation will be held on Friday, September 18, 2015 from 6pm to 7pm in the Miller Family Funeral Home Chapel. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2015 at 1pm in the Funeral Home Chapel. There will be no burial following the service. Mrs. Farquhar is survived by her Husband Truss Farquhar of Snyder, Texas; 2 Daughters Trussha Owen & husband Tim of Fluvanna, Texas, Kelly Farquhar of Snyder, Texas; 1 Son Barry Farquhar of Amarillo, Texas; 2 Grand-daughters Whitney Nixon & husband Eric of Muleshoe, Texas, and Olivia Joye Burns of Snyder, Texas; 2 Grandsons Adam Owen & wife Somer of Snyder, Texas, and Cade Owen of Fluvanna, Texas; 5 Great-granddaughters Avery Owen, Brently Owen, Riley Owen, and Trusslynn Owen all of Snyder, Texas and Trinity Nixon of Muleshoe, Texas; and one great-grandson Owen Nixon of Muleshoe, Texas. She is also survived by a host of many nieces, nephews, family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mike and Grace Cranfill, her sister, Betty Ryan, and two brothers, Clinton and Don Cranfill.
