Joseph Eugene Havner, 45, passed away on Friday, May 22, 2026.
Joseph was born on November 7, 1980, in Colorado City, Texas, to Russell Havner Sr. and Abelina Tercero.
Visitation is set for Friday June 5,2026 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Miller Family Funeral Home. Services are set for Saturday June 6,2026 at 2:00 pm at Miller Family Funeral Home with Pastor Josh Liles officiating the services. Burial will follow at Snyder Cemetery.
Joseph was the kind of person who could brighten a room with his smile and make friends wherever he went. He was always happy, quick with a joke, and willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. His caring nature and generous heart made a lasting impact on everyone who knew him. A dedicated worker, Joseph took pride in providing for his family and was known for his strong work ethic. Above all else, he loved being a father and grandfather. His family was the center of his world, and he cherished every moment spent with them.
Joseph enjoyed cooking for those he loved, cheering on the Dallas Cowboys, and sharing laughs with family and friends. One of his favorite daily routines was talking with his brother, a bond that meant so much to them both. Whether he was telling stories, cracking jokes, or simply spending time with loved ones, Joseph had a way of making people feel special.
He is survived by his two daughters Arriana Jacobo and finance Aaron Chaidez of Snyder, Anisa and husband Orlando of San Antonio, Texas and his Only son Nathan and his wife Daniela, as well as four grandchildren, Arion Michael Chaidez of Snyder, Autumn, Avayah, and Anna Havner of San Antonio, Texas. His brother Russell Havner Jr. and wife Karla of Snyder, Texas, His wife Naquetta Hernandez of Snyder, Texas, two stepsons Jason Hernandez and Liam Hernandez of Snyder, Texas, and his mother-in-law Corina Gaona of Snyder, Texas. As well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents Russell Havner and Abelina Tercero and his grandparents and many cousins.
He will be remembered for his kind heart, his sense of humor, and the love he freely gave to those around him. With his passing leaves a tremendous void, the memories he created and the lives he touched will remain forever in the hearts of those who loved him. Joseph will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered always.
