Joe T. Price

Joe "PaPaw" Price, age 91, of Snyder, passed away Thursday, April 28, 2016 at his residence in Snyder.

Services for Mr. Price will be Sunday, May 1, 2016 at 3:00 pm at Colonial Hill Baptist Church with Dr. Tommy Culwell officiating. Burial will follow in Hillside Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held Saturday, March 30, 2016 from 5pm to 7pm at Miller Family Funeral Home.

Mr. Price was born September 6, 1924 in Duncan, OK to William and Molly (Adair) Price. He served in the United States Army and fought in WWII. He married Helen Anderson, his wife of 66 years, on January 15, 1946 in Levelland, where he entered a career in the oilfield, working for and running various companies. He decided to retire at the age of 90 years old. A true backbone of the family, Joe loved his family and family gatherings. PaPaw will be forever in our hearts.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Helen (2012), one son-in-law, Roy Cantu (2015), four brothers and four sisters
