Jimmy Allen Grice, age 73, passed away on Saturday, August 13th, 2022.

Family Visitation is planned for Wednesday, August 17th, 2022 from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Miller Family Funeral Home. Funeral services will be on Thursday, August 18th, 2022 at 2:00 pm at First Baptist Church, Hermleigh with Bro. Chris Robertson officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Miller Family Funeral Home at Snyder Cemetery.

Mr. Grice was born on February 28th, 1949 in Stamford, Texas to Charles Allen and Gladys Joyce (Vanderworth) Grice. Mr. Grice received his basic training at Fort Bliss and received his A.I.T. training at Fort Eustis, VA, where he completed the A.H.I.G. Helicopter Repair course. He married Debra Phillips on October 19th, 1974 in Snyder, Texas.

4 Granddaughters, Lacie Gray of Loraine, TX, Maelea Grice of Loraine, TX, Kelsey Botts and husband D.J. of Hermleigh, TX and Morgan Digby of Hermleigh, TX;

7 Great-Grandchildren;

He was preceded in death by Parents, Charles Allen and Gladys Joyce (Vanderworth) Grice; 5 Brothers-in-law, Fred Davis, W.C. McFatridge, Weldon Halford, Eugene Good and Edward Carl Phillips; 3 Sisters-in-law, Brenda Botts, Sherri Smith and Jackie Jenkins.
