Jimmie Sorrells

Jimmie Don Sorrells, age 82 of Snyder passed away Saturday May 25, 2019.

Funeral Services for Mr. Sorrells will be held Monday May 27th at 2:00 pm at Miller Family Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Roy Rosson officiating. Burial will follow in Hillside Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday May 26, 2019 from 6:00 pm -7:00 pm at Miller Family Funeral Home.

Mr. Sorrells was born on May 14th, 1937 in Snyder, TX to Ernest and Sina (Copeland) Sorrells. He married Norma Jean Jones on June 1st, 1956 in Dunn, TX. He enjoyed dominoes, visiting with friends and loved his family.

3 Sons, Ricky Sorrells and wife DeVelva of Snyder, TX, Todd Sorrells and wife Charla of Mansfield, TX, Gary Sorrells and Jennie of Snyder, TX

7 Grandsons, Johnathan Sorrells and wife Jennifer of Baytown, TX, Nathan Sorrells and wife Brandy of Hermleigh, TX, Duncan Sorrells of Snyder, TX, Chris Sorrells of Snyder, TX, Josh Sorrells of Midland, TX, Brett Sorrells of Hermleigh, TX and Zane Sorrells of Snyder, TX

5 Great-Grandsons Dylan, Cayden, Peyton, and Breckyn Sorrells all from Hermleigh, TX, and Ace Sorrells of Snyder, TX.

2 Great-Granddaughters, Julianna Sorrells of Baytown, TX and Kalie Sorrells of the Metroplex.

He was preceded by his Parents; Son, Stephen Sorrells and Brother, Jerry Sorrells.
