Mrs. Irene Herrera, age 84 of Fort Worth, Tx, died Thursday, August 6, 2015 at her residence in Fort Worth. Funeral services for Mrs. Herrera wil be Monday, August 10, 2015 at 10:00 AM at Wright Colonial Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Snyder Cemetery. Visitation will be held Sunday. August 9, 2015 from 6pm to 7pm at the funeral home. Mrs. Herrera was born March 1, 1931 in Clarksville, TX to Antonio and Guadalupe (Dias) Mata. She married Juventino Herrera on August 9, 1943 in Herford, TX. She is survived by 2) daughters Angelina Gutierrez and husband Santo of Snyder, TX Mary Jane Gonzales and husband Nicholas of Fort Worth, TX 2) Sons Mike Herrera of Fort Worth, TX David Herrera of Fort Worth, TX 3) Brothers Jose Antonio Mata and wife Danilla Shenandoah Jose Manuel Mata and wife Mary Jose Juan Mata 5) Sisters Guadalupe Moreno Inez Moncivaiz and husband Rudy Maria Hernandez and husband Max Ida Mellard Valentina Lara and husband Leonel Step Mother Josefa Mata 21 grandchildren, 52 great grandchildren, 14 great great grandchildren She is preceeded in death by her parents, her husband Juventino, Daughter Yolanda Hucksly, two sons, Aurthur and Juventino Herrera Jr. three brothers, Santo, Asbaldo and David Mata, two sisters, Eladia Guiterrez and Manuela Cardenas.
