Francisca Hermosillo Diaz, age 76, passed away on Thursday, October 27th, 2022.

A Rosary will be recited on Monday, October 31st, 2022 at 6:00 pm at Miller Family Funeral Home Chapel, 200 E. 37th St., Snyder, Texas. Funeral Mass will be on Tuesday, November 1st, 2022 at 11:00 am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 1311 Avenue K, Snyder, Texas 79549 with Fr. Selva Nayagam Pappu, HGN officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Miller Family Funeral Home at Snyder Cemetery.

Mrs. Diaz was born on August 15th, 1946 in Loraine, Texas to Andres and Guadalupe (Martinez) Hermosillo Villa.

She married Martin Cervantes Diaz on January 25th, 1962 in Loraine, Texas. He preceded her in death on September 9th, 2019. She was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, She enjoyed cooking, coloring, sewing, embroidering and drinking coffee and eating ginger snaps with her sister.

She is survived by

5 Daughters, Sally Sanchez of Snyder, TX, Norma De La O of Sweetwater, TX, Lucy Garza of Roscoe, TX, Lisa Rodriguez and husband Luis Torres of Sweetwater, TX and Mary Olvera and husband Edrick of Garland, TX;

Step-Son, Gene Diaz and wife Felipa of Bay City, TX;

22 Grandchildren and numerous Great-Grandchildren;

3 Brothers, Jesus Hermosillo of Hermleigh, TX, Felipe Hermosillo of Roscoe, TX and Benjamin Hermosillo of Snyder, TX;

Sister, Maria Burgarin of Sweetwater, TX.

She was preceded in death by Parents, Andres and Guadalupe (Martinez) Hermosillo Villa; Husband, Martin Cervantes Diaz; 3 Brothers, Vincente Villa, Jose Hermosillo and Alejandro Martinez; 4 Sisters, Consuelo Villa, Mary Guerra, Soledad Villa and Virginia Hernandez.
