Frances Lilian Cummins, age 92, passed away in Colorado City on Wednesday, December 26th, 2018. No Family Visitation is planned. Graveside services will be on Friday, December 28th, 2018 at 10:00 am at Loraine Cemetery with President Pete Garcia officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Miller Family Funeral Home at Loraine Cemetery. Mrs. Cummins was born on July 19th, 1926 in Vicksburg, Mississippi to Louis and Elizabeth (Kappler) Monteverdi. She is survived by Son, Robert Cooper and wife Kathie, Loraine, TX; Grandchildren, Lisa Moad and husband David, Burleson, TX, Joey Cooper, Vicksburg, MS, Casey Cooper and wife Michelle, Santos, TX, Richard "Bear" Cooper and wife Tonya, Colorado City, TX, Amanda Cooper, Snyder, TX, Catina Cooper, California and James Thomas Cooper, Loraine, TX; and Numerous Great-Grandchildren and Great-Great-Grandchildren.
