Erminia Benitez Garza, age 66, passed away on Sunday, May 12th, 2024.

A Rosary will be recited on Thursday, May 16th, 2024 at 6:30 pm at Miller Family Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be on Friday, May 17th, 2024 at 2:00 pm at Miller Family Funeral Home Chapel, 200 E. 37th Street, Snyder, Texas 79549 with Deacon Jose Torres officiating. Arrangements are under the care of Miller Family Funeral Home.

Erminia was born on June 24th, 1957 in Snyder, Texas to Juan and Amalia (Alonzo) Benitez. She was a Scurry County Dispatcher for 13 years. She loved her family, watching movies (especially westerns), collecting elephants, sewing and doing puzzles.

She is survived by

2 Daughters, Monica Garza and Stephanie Garza of Snyder, TX;

Son, Arthur Benitez of Snyder, TX;

8 Grandchildren,

9 Great-Grandchildren;

Brother, Frankie Benitez and wife Mary Lou of Snyder, TX;

numerous Nieces and Nephews;

Special Cousins, Virginia Rodriguez and husband Alfonzo of Snyder, TX;

2 Best Friends, Rosa Gutierrez of Snyder, TX and Roberta Marroquin of Snyder, TX.

She was preceded in death by Parents, Juan and Amalia (Alonzo) Benitez; 2 Brothers, Johnny Benitez and Martin Benitez; Sister, Dora Alvarez; Daughter, Veronica Garza and The Father of Her Children, Johnny Garza.
