Edith Sue Lock

Edith Sue Lock, age 91, passed away on Thursday, November 30th, 2023.

Family Visitation is planned for Sunday, December 3rd, 2023 from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Miller Family Funeral Home. Graveside services will be on Monday, December 4th, 2023 at 10:00 am at Hillside Memorial Gardens with Pastor Steve Highfield officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Miller Family Funeral Home.

Mrs. Lock was born on September 9th, 1932 in Clovis, New Mexico to B. H. and Eris (Holsenback) Guynes. She married Tommy Joe Lock on December 28th, 1954, in Lovington, New Mexico. He preceded her in death on February 1st, 2016. She was a member of Northside Baptist Church.

She is survived by

Daughter, Donna Wilson of Snyder, TX;

2 Grandsons, Trey Wilson and wife Kara of Snyder, TX and Lance Wilson and wife Jill of Snyder, TX;

5 Great-Grandsons, J.P. Wilson and wife Cena of Lubbock, TX, Morgan Wilson of San Angelo, TX, Miles Wilson of San Angelo, TX, Blaise Freeman of Snyder, TX and Tanner Freeman of Henderson, TX;

Great-Granddaughter, Larissa Roach and husband Steven of Snyder, TX;

3 Great-Great- Grandchildren, Joseph Soberon, Kinley Wilson and Ryker Roach.

2 Brothers, Donnie Guynes of Snyder, TX and Tommy Lee Guynes of Snyder, TX.

She was preceded in death by Parents, B.H. and Eris (Holsenback) Guynes; Husband, Tommy Joe Lock; 5 Brothers, B.C. Guynes, Billy Joe Guynes, Willie Ray Guynes, Walter Guynes and J.T. Guynes; 2 Sisters, Shirley Slaughter and Margaret Rushing, Son-in-law, Jimmy Wilson and Great-Grandson, Quinten Freeman.
