Mr. Blackwell was born on May 31st, 1951 in the United Kingdom, to George and Bertha Violet (Kirby) Blackwell. He enjoyed listening to the Beatles and telling stories of the Royal Navy.

He is survived by

2 Daughters, Kate Angus of Australia and Cindy Houlihan of Snyder, TX;

Granddaughter, Tammy May of Snyder, TX;

Grandson, Michael May of Snyder, TX;

Great-Granddaughter, Baylie May of Snyder, TX;

Great-Grandson, Triston May of Snyder, TX;

and Sister, Linda Blackwell of the U.K.

He was preceded in death by Parents; George and Bertha Violet (Kirby) Blackwell; Wife, Judy Blackwell; Sister, Carol Lancaster and Nephew, Paul Lancaster.
