Danny Weldon Collier, 71, of Hermleigh, Texas, passed away on August 10, 2025. He was born on December 3, 1953, in Rotan, Texas, to Roy Collier and Lois Creswell Collier.

A lifelong resident of Pyron and Hermleigh, Danny was a hardworking farmer and construction supervisor. He had a deep love for music and spent over 60 years playing and singing — a joy he shared with many throughout his life.

Danny is survived by his loving wife, Lea Ann Collier of Hermleigh, Texas; his son, Joe Dan Collier and wife Cindy of Baird, Texas; his daughters, Shana Bratcher of Lawton, Oklahoma, and Jeanna Collier of Snyder, Texas; six grandchildren: Natalea and fiancé Kauy, Nicolas, Weldon, Dakota, and DJ; and one great-grandchild, Kayclee. He is also survived by his brother, Roy Marvin Collier of Big Spring, Texas; and two sisters: Joyce Collier (McCombs) of Henrietta, Texas, and Carolyn Collier (Renfro) of Snyder, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy Collier and Lois Creswell Collier.

A visitation will be held on Friday, August 15, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Miller Family Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside services will take place on Saturday, August 16, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Pyron Cemetery, with Josh Smith officiating.
