Curtis Ray Green, age 88, passed away on Friday, December 15th, 2023.

Family Visitation is planned for Monday, December 18th, 2023 from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Miller Family Funeral Home. Funeral services will be on Tuesday, December 19th, 2023 at 2:00 pm at Miller Family Funeral Home Chapel, 200 E. 37th Street, Snyder, Texas 79549 with Pastor Kinney Robinson officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Miller Family Funeral Home at Snyder Cemetery.

Mr. Green was born on September 3rd, 1935 in Snyder, Texas to C.G. Green and Katy (Rollins Green. He married Jannette Baird on June 7th, 1954, in Snyder, Texas. She preceded him in death on January 22, 2011. He was a cowboy who loved fishing, hunting, hummingbirds and the Dallas Cowboys.

He is survived by

3 Sons, Jimmy Green and wife Dorise of Abilene, TX, Winston Green of Snyder, TX and Steven Green and wife Cheri of Corpus Christi, TX;

8 Grandsons, Jonathan Mayes and wife Amanda of Snyder, TX, Tyler Mayes and wife Morgan of Snyder, TX, Joshua Mayes and wife Claudia of Abilene, TX, Aron Green and wife Misty of Tyler, TX, Danny Green of Abilene, TX, Steven Curtis Green of Buda, TX, Dustin Dean of Corpus Christi, TX and Nathan Dean of Corpus Christi, TX;

6 Granddaughters, Brittany Herrera and husband Randy of Abilene, TX, Jamie Mollet and husband Lucas of Abilene, TX, Samantha Petty and husband Seth of Abilene, TX, Lacie Wall and husband Terry of Azle, TX, Becca Dean of Corpus Christi, TX and Ashley Dean of Corpus Christi, TX;

20 Great-Grandchildren;

Grand Dogs, Bailey, Sadie and Tootie;

Sister, Peggy Green of Snyder, TX;

Special Niece, Shannon Mhoon and husband Richard of Snyder, TX;

and numerous Nieces and Nephews.

He was preceded in death by Parents, Raymond and Katy (Rollins) Phipps; Wife, Jannette (Baird) Green; 2 Sisters, Bennie Goines and Lizzy Green Huddleston; 2 Brothers-in-law, Dick Goines and Jack Huddleston.
