Connie Tarter, age 72 of Snyder, passed away Thursday, January 25, 2018.

Graveside services for Mrs.Tarter will be Monday, January 29, 2018 at 2:00 pm at the Fluvanna Cemetery with Mr. Steve Highfield officiating. Visitation for Mrs. Tarter will be Sunday, January 28, 2018 at 6:00 pm at Miller Family Funeral Home Chapel.

Mrs. Tarter was born December 8, 1945 in Scurry County, to Arvil and Louella Cox. She married Billy Tarter on August 2, 1963 in Snyder, TX. He passed away on March 17, 2014.
