Bobby Gene Hataway Jr.

Bobby Gene Hataway, Jr., 63, passed away on May 30, 2026. Born on April 18, 1963, in Snyder, Texas, Bobby lived a life filled with love for his family, the outdoors, and the simple joys of life.

A Memorial service celebrating Bobby's life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 4, 2026. The Memorial service for Bobby will be held at Miller Family Funeral Home Chapel.

Bobby enjoyed fishing, spending time on the water, watching sports-especially football-and traveling whenever he had the opportunity. He especially enjoyed traveling to Ruidoso, New Mexico. He also loved cooking for family and friends and treasured the moments spent gathered around the table with those he loved.

Bobby is survived by his loving wife, Cindy Hataway; his mother, Jean Hataway; his step-daughter, Casey Kellner; step-grandchildren, Corie Unger, Kimberly Kellner (Avery Gonzales), and Kelcey Kemp; great-grandson; great-grandson, Noah Gonzales; aunt, Betty Dyan Jones; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and friends who will miss him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Hataway, Sr.

Though he is no longer with us, Bobby's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. His kindness, laughter, and love for family will never be forgotten.
