Barbara "Barbie" Jean Highfield, age 61, passed away on Monday, July 24th, 2023.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 5th, 2023 at 3:00 PM at Calvary Baptist Church, 2405 35th St., Snyder, Texas 79549 with Rev. Larry McAden officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Miller Family Funeral Home.

Mrs. Highfield was born on August 17th, 1961 in Seattle, Washington to Joseph and Bertha Olive (Page) Lufkin.

She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She Loved her family, fur babies, cooking, reading, watching game shows, crossword puzzles and collecting giraffes.

She is survived by

Husband, Darrell Highfield of Snyder, TX;

Son, Adam Highfield of Japan;

2 Daughters, Sabrina Highfield of Austin, TX and Charlotte Highfield of Snyder, TX;

2 Brothers, Dave Lufkin and wife Chris of Puyallup, WA and Tom Lufkin and wife Phyllis of Olympia, WA;

Grandchild due in December;

2 Fur Babies, Benji and Spartacus;

2 Sisters, Carol Gulseth and husband Buck of Snyder, TX and Shirley Nichols and husband Nick of Martinsburg, WV and numerous Nieces, Nephews and Friends.

She was preceded in death by Daughter, Jennifer Highfield; Parents, Joseph and Bertha Olive (Page) Lufkin;

Brother, Andy Lufkin and Father-in-law, Bobby Highfield.
