Anita Zoe Hopkins, age 65, passed away in Hermleigh, Texas on Monday, June 17th, 2024.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, June 29, 2024 at 10:00 am at the Hermleigh Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Miller Family Funeral Home.

Mrs. Hopkins was born on January 2nd, 1959 in Snyder, Texas to Walter and Dellene (Cearley)

Leatherwood. She married Larry Hopkins on July 1st, 1994, in Hermleigh, TX. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She loved her family, Hermleigh sports, chickens and cats. She was a bus driver for Snyder ISD for many years.

She is survived by

2 Sons, Nathan Free and Michelle of Winters, TX and Nicholas Free and Jeannie of Abilene, TX;

2 Step-Sons, Hoss Hopkins and Katie of Three Forks, MT and Cooter Hopkins of Colorado City, TX;

Step-Daughter, April Long and Bob La Grande, OR;

2 Sisters, Nancy Myers and Larry of Snyder, TX and Barbara Woolsey and Larry Hillis of Sweetwater, TX;

7 Grandsons, Cody Free and Julia of Abilene, TX, Logan Free of Big Spring, TX, Jayden Santos of Winters, TX, Luke Craig of Winters, TX, Bubba Hopkins II of Three Forks, MT, Lance Free of Hermleigh, Tx and Judd Long of Oregon;

9 Granddaughters, Shelbi Hart of Lubbock, TX, Katelyn Free of Abilene, TX, Lillian Free of Snyder, TX, Shelby Santos of Stephenville, TX, Sydney Hopkins of Three Forks, MT, Sammie Hopkins of Three Forks MT, Jordan Long of Oregon, Jolena Long of Oregon, and Destiney Hopkins of Hermleigh, TX;

and Great-Granddaughter, Rose Long of Oregon.

She was preceded in death by Parents, Walter and Dellene (Cearley) Leatherwood and Grandson, Justin Long.
