Obituary for Steve Beckham
The family of Stephen "Steve" Beckham wishes to acknowledge his death on September 3, 2020 at the age of 72.
At his request, there will be no services. Arrangements are under the direction of Miller Family Funeral Home.
Mr. Beckham was born August 3, 1948 in Graham, TX to Caswell and Mary (Lemons) Beckham. He married June Raines on June 27, 2003 in Snyder.
He is survived by His
Wife, June Raines of Snyder;
Step-Son, Todd Owens and wife Karen of Snyder, TX;
Step-Daughter, Chassy Raines of Snyder, TX;
2 Daughters, Elizabeth Collins & husband Chad of Ft. Worth, and her mother and Robyn Belcher of Snyder;
7 Grandchildren, Dakota and Josh Owens of Lubbock, TX, Ashlyn Palacios of Snyder, TX, Chelsea Johnson Collins and Colin Collins of Ft. Worth, TX, Kyleigh Belcher of Snyder, TX and Austin Belcher of Ft. Worth, TX;
3 Siblings, Nora Owens of Lake Colorado City, TX, Judy Bynum of Midland, TX and Mike Beckham of Graham, TX.
Steve spent most all his life in the oilfield and when time permitted, loved to travel and fish and just be with friends. His favorite destination was Big Bend and longed to return there. He loved with a gentle, caring heart and would help anyone he could.
He leaves behind, not only a grieving family, but a host of relatives and friends that cared for him deeply. We thank all that touched his life and brought him happiness.
