Mr. Leiva was born on February 27th, 1964 in Raymondville, Texas to Thomas Leiba and Julia Zambrano.

Step-Sister, Becky Castillo and husband J.C. of Snyder, TX;
Niece, Milayna Chavarria of Snyder, TX;
Nephew, Andrew Thomas Chavarria of Snyder, TX;
