Ramon Luera, age 66, passed away in Snyder on Thursday, March 19th, 2020.

Family Visitation is planned for Saturday, March 21st, 2020 from 9:00 am to 10:30 am at Miller Family Funeral Home. Funeral services will be on Saturday, March 21st, 2020 at 11:00 am at Snyder Cemetery with Father Raj Arokiasamy officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Miller Family Funeral Home.

Mr. Luera was born on August 31st, 1953 in Sinton, Texas to Jesus Luera and Paula (Ortiz) Garcia. He married Mary Helen Rocha on April 21, 1976 in Snyder, TX. She preceded him in death on August 4, 2011. He loved his family.

Son, Jesse Luera of Snyder, TX;
3 Daughters, Amy Luera and husband Lance Burton, Lisa Luera and Linda Tovar and husband Guadalupe. all of Snyder, TX;
12 Grandchildren and 2 Great-Grandchildren;
5 Brothers, Gilbert Luera of Ganado, TX, Domingo Luera, Sr. of Snyder, TX, Alex Hernandez, Jr. of Arlington, TX, Martin Hernandez of Colorado City, TX and Jessie Hernandez of Victoria, TX;
4 Sisters, Lydia Galvin of El Campo, TX, Beatrice Castillo of Somerset, TX, Julie Lara of El Campo, TX and Gloria Lara of Ganado, TX.

He was preceded in death by Parents, Jesus Luera and Paula (Ortiz) Garcia; Wife, Mary Helen Luera; Brother, Locadio Luera and Sister Mary Ann Balboa.
