John Elliot Free, age 49, passed away at Lake Thomas on Friday, December 6th, 2019.

Family Visitation is planned for Friday, December 13th, 2019 from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Miller Family Funeral Home. Funeral services will be on Saturday, December 14th, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Miller Family Funeral Home Chapel, 200 E. 37th Street Snyder, Texas 79549 with Rev. Darold Baldwin officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Miller Family Funeral Home at Hillside Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

Mr. Free was born on September 9th, 1970 in Hondo, Texas to William Free and Charlene (Scott) Stroud. He Loved his family, the Dallas Cowboys, Boating, Fishing, Golfing and playing his guitar.

He is survived by
3 Sons, Aaron Aguirre and wife Myra, Abel Aguirre and wife Brittany and John Allen Free and wife Alana, all of Rockport, TX;
5 Grandchildren;
2 Sisters, Georgina Carr and husband Dee of Hermleigh, TX and Laura Free and husband Phil of New Braunfels, TX;
2 Brothers, Willie Free of Lake Thomas, TX and Allen Free and wife Teresa of Monroe, NC;
8 Nieces and Nephews and 14 Great-Nieces and Nephews.

He was preceded in death by Parents, J.P. and Charlene (Scott) Stroud.
