Obituary

Jimmy Welton Haynes, age 78, passed away February 5, 2020 in Fort Worth, Texas.

A memorial service will be held Saturday February 15th , at 12:00 pm , at Miller Family Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at the Hermleigh cemetery.

Jimmy was born August 19, 1941 in Roscoe Texas to Marlin Jackson Haynes and Hazel Emily Haynes ( Elston ). He spent the majority of his professional career as a law enforcement officer in various locations throughout his lifetime. Prior to that he had spent time in the US Air Force stationed in Altus, Ok.

He is survived by both sons, Matthew Haynes and wife Greta of Arlington, Tx and Daniel Haynes and wife Marianne of Jefferson, Tx, and 5 grandchildren. Also survived by brothers Roscoe Haynes and wife Peggy, Leon Haynes and wife Doris, and Billy Don Haynes and wife Sue.
He was preceded in death by parents Marlin Jackson Haynes and Hazel Emily Haynes ( Elston ), sister Melba Jaye Huddleston, and brother Marshall Haynes.
