Jennifer Diaz age 43, passed away in Ft. Worth on Tuesday, June 18th, 2019.

Rosary will be recited on Monday, July 1st, 2019 from 7:00 pm at Miller Family Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be on Tuesday, July 2nd, 2019 at 10:00 am at St. Ann's Catholic Church 2005 Walnut St. Colorado City, Texas 79512 with Father Michael Udegbunam officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Miller Family Funeral Home at Mitchell County Cemetery.

Ms. Diaz was born on March 29th,1976 in Colorado City, Texas to Alfredo Carrisalez and Alicia Diaz.
