Mrs. Glenna Gay Bane, 88 of Snyder, TX passed away at her home on Wednesday, October 7, 2020 surrounded by her family.
Glenna was born September 5, 1932 in Scurry County to James Weldon and Willie Earlene (Woolever) Bills. She married CC Bane in 1951.
Glenna held many jobs supporting her 4 children but loved her time as a florist most. Country music, her garden, rodeo and dancing were her all-time favorites. Her pie recipes were well known and loved by family and friends.
Glenna was proceeded in death by her parents; husband; son, Chuck Bane; sister, Jayme Roemisch.
Survivors include her sister, Welda Kay McHaney of Snyder, TX. Brother Darrel Bills, wife Susan of Snyder, TX. Daughter, Gaylan Mason, husband Jeff of Snyder, TX. Son, Eddie Bane, wife Penny of Midland, TX. Daughter-in-law, Patricia Bane of Midland, TX. Son, Delwin “Bob” Bane of Midland, TX and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
The family would like to thank Jodi, Janie, Julie, and Namoi for their love, care and dedication to Glenna.
Viewing will be held from 5:00 – 6:00 pm on Saturday, October 10th at Miller Family Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held Sunday, October 11th at 2:00 pm at the Snyder Cemetery.
