Mr. Holt was born on May 19th, 1945 in Broken Bow, Oklahoma to Bill Edward and Ann Lou Marie (Pate) Holt.
He is survived by

2 Sisters, Billie Abell and husband Earl of Hermleigh, TX and Wilda Holt of Elmore, OK;
Half Brother, Robert Hudson of Broken Bow, OK;
Half Sister, Sandy Hudson of Lindsey, OK;
3 Nephews, Phillip Holt of Hermleigh, TX, Eddie Abell and wife Kelly of Snyder, TX and Brock Abell of Snyder, TX;
2 Nieces, Krista Ayers and Husband Robbie of Ft. Worth, TX and Holly Abell of Conroe, TX.
He was preceded in death by Parents, Bill Edward and Ann Lou Marie (Pate) Holt and Brother, Duane Holt.
