Obituary for Earl Howard Brown
Earl Howard Brown, age 86, passed away on Tuesday, June 1st, 2021.
Family Visitation is planned for Thursday, June 3rd, 2021 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Miller Family Funeral Home. Graveside services will be on Friday, June 4th, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Burkett Cemetery Burkett, Texas. Arrangements are under the direction of Miller Family Funeral Home.
Mr. Brown was born on June 27th, 1934 in Cross Plains, Texas to John Franklin and Mertie Melrose (McGee) Brown. In the early 1950's, he moved from Cross Plains, Texas to Jal, New Mexico where he found employment with EPNG. It was there he met Marjorie Petty. They were married in August of 1953. He retired from the EPNG Instrument Department, after 35 years.
He is survived by
2 Son's, Jeff Brown and wife Debra of Bullard, TX and Mark Brown and wife Judy of Jay, OK;
2 Daughter's, Cheryl Hinshaw and husband Bud of Snyder, TX and Kimberly Libick and husband Jon of Alvarado, TX;
2 Brother's, Kenneth Brown and wife Maggie of Hamilton, TX and Clois Brown and wife Shirley of Andrews, TX;
11 Grandchildren and numerous Great-Grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by Parents. John Franklin and Mertie Melrose (McGee) Brown; 2 Brothers, Hillary and Foy Brown and Sister, Ernestine Brinkley.
