Aaron Verge "A.V." Jewell, age 83, passed away on Saturday, September 12th, 2020.

Funeral services will be on Saturday, September 19th, 2020 at 11:00 am at The Pentecostals of Lubbock Church, 1601 44th St., Lubbock, Texas. Burial will be under the direction of Miller Family Funeral Home at Rock Springs Cemetery in Texarkana, Arkansas on Sunday, September 20th, 2020 at 1:00 pm.

Mr. Jewell was born on July 18th, 1937 in Texarkana, Arkansas to Thurman Ray and Ida Mae (Womack) Jewell.

He is survived by
Wife, Dorothy Jewell of Lubbock, TX;
2 Children, Debbie Jewell Ball of Lubbock, TX and Danny Jewell of Arlington, TX;
Brother, Billy Jewell and wife Wanda of Lubbock, TX;
Sister, Christine Pappas and husband Dr. Patrick H. of Lubbock, TX;
5 Grandchildren and 9 Great-Grandchildren

He was preceded in death by Parents, Thurman Ray and Ida Mae (Womack) Jewell; 3 Brothers T.R., Kenneth and Jimmy Jewell and Sister, Donna Nash.
